This was a highly customized, down-to-the-studs remodel that began during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, with all its associated restrictions. We collaborated closely with Preen Design and Architecture www.preeninc.com to bring a complex, high-end vision to life.
The project featured custom-designed lighting and a one-of-a-kind custom built ceiling in the living room, adding unique architectural flair. We also carried slate flooring seamlessly from indoors to outdoors, creating a cohesive flow throughout the space.
One of the most impressive aspects of the build was the installation of a 22-foot steel beam, which was craned three stories up and carefully integrated into the kitchen wall to create an expansive, open-concept area. Large windows had to also be craned into place, due to their size. The owners, based in San Francisco, were actively involved in the project remotely.
We’re proud to continue providing home maintenance services as needed, ensuring the home remains in perfect condition.
