We were deeply honored to be selected as the exclusive exterior contractor for the Pasadena 2025 Showcase House https://pasadenashowcase.org/ This project allowed us to showcase our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship in every detail. The existing porches, which were completely rotted out, were rebuilt with custom-made steel supports, carefully designed and inserted deep into the home’s structure to ensure both strength and historical integrity.
Every material we selected was not only high-quality but also specifically chosen to honor the period of the house, with each piece meticulously manufactured and fitted to preserve the home's timeless charm. The exterior masonry was expertly repaired, refinished, and repainted, restoring its original elegance. We took great pride in rebuilding or carefully refurbishing the front doors, gutters, and shutters, ensuring that each element reflected the craftsmanship of a bygone era while meeting modern standards of durability.
Throughout the entire project, we worked hand-in-hand with the Showcase management team to refine every finish detail, ensuring that the craft of the restoration would be celebrated in the final reveal. With a focus on precision and respect for the home’s heritage, we were able to meet the project’s timeline and deliver a home that would stand as a testament to fine craftsmanship for years to come.
