700 SQ FT ADDITION

Eye 4 has been part of the Highland Park community since day one, with most of our work coming through word of mouth. This home addition came from a neighbor’s referral, and we teamed up with Martin Fenlon Architecture through a similar connection.
This project marked the final step in turning a modest single-family home into a modern, livable space filled with light and function. The 700-square-foot addition was designed to feel fresh and contemporary while blending naturally with the original structure.
Before choosing Eye 4, our clients visited several of our ongoing projects and saw firsthand the care and craftsmanship that guide everything we do. Together with the architect and homeowners, we spent months fine-tuning every detail before construction began.
The build combined slab and raised floor systems—an unusual pairing our team handled seamlessly. The finished slab now serves as the main floor, with kitchen tile selected to echo its tone. Large custom windows, black corrugated siding, detailed drywall work, and a custom kitchen showcase the collaboration and creativity that define Eye 4.
The result is a warm, functional, and beautifully modern home—brought to life through teamwork, trust, and thoughtful design.
