This project was a full architectural reconfiguration of the home’s interior, highlighted by relocating the kitchen to a new area and transforming the former kitchen into a spacious laundry room. To achieve this open layout, we underpinned the foundation and installed a structural beam, ensuring both stability and flow.
The new kitchen and laundry spaces were elevated with custom-built White Oak veneer and painted cabinetry, paired with bespoke lighting to enhance both function and atmosphere. Custom cork flooring, new windows, and sliding doors completed the remodel, bringing warmth, texture, and natural light into the home.
