Nick was first introduced to the homeowners through a referral to re-install their front door. That small project started conversations that quickly evolved into an exciting vision: designing a backyard deck and installing two pre-fabricated office pods. We worked hand-in-hand with the pod manufacturers and installers, carefully running all of the plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems up the hill from the main house to bring everything to life.
From there, our team designed and built a custom, multi-level deck that seamlessly connects the pods to the main house, complete with thoughtfully crafted stairways for easy access. To finish the look, we sourced and installed an attractive, budget-friendly railing system that adds safety without sacrificing style. Every detail was tailored to make the transition in and out of the pods feel natural and inviting.
We continue to support the homeowners with ongoing care, keeping their property in top shape.
Project length - 6 months (largely due to mechanicals being a challenging install)
